Lovely girl and enjoyed talking and ordered a item but unfortunately there was a problem with circumstances in real life and was unable to deliver so unfortunately I asked for a refund and honestly regret it now after the way Brooklyn dealt with it as she was so nice and understanding I actually feel guilty and if I had of know how lovely she actually is I would have never asked as the situation could have been awkward but she was just so nice over the whole process as soon as it clears in PayPal I'm just going to send it straight back! Would recommend highly and feel very safe with Brooklyn as she's honest, polite and trustworthy.
